We partner with trusted logistics providers (DHL, FedEx, China Post) to select the optimal shipping method—based on your address, order urgency, and package specs. For urgent orders, DHL/FedEx are recommended for expedited international delivery.
1.2 Delivery Time
- Domestic (Mainland China): In-stock orders ship in 1–2 workdays; 3–5 workdays for most areas, 5–7 for remote regions.
- International: In-stock orders ship in 1–2 workdays; transit times: North America (5–10 workdays), Europe (5–8), other Asia (3–7), rest of world (7–12). Extended by customs/holidays (we’ll notify you).
1.3 Freight Calculation
- Domestic: Free delivery for orders ≥ CN¥5,000; under CN¥5,000, freight is weight/address-based (shown at checkout).
- International: Calculated by weight, volume, destination, and shipping method (transparent at checkout). Bulk orders (10+ miners) get exclusive freight discounts.
1.4 Logistics Tracking
Post-shipment, you’ll receive a tracking number via email (with logistics provider links). Track real-time via your efminer.com account > “Order Inquiry”.
2. After-Sales Policy
2.1 Warranty Scope
12-month comprehensive warranty (from delivery date) for manufacturing/material defects—covers hash boards, power modules, control boards, cooling systems. Requires proof of purchase.
2.2 Non-Warranty Scope
No coverage for:
- Damage from improper use (unauthorized disassembly, wrong power, extreme environments: >35°C, >80% humidity, high dust).
- Force majeure (earthquakes, floods, lightning).
- Out-of-warranty (over 12 months) or third-party repairs/modifications.
2.3 After-Sales Process
