- Warranty: ASIC Miners sold by Efminer are covered by the original manufacturer’s warranty (180–360 days, model-dependent), limited to manufacturing defects. You must submit warranty claims directly to the manufacturer; we provide assistance (e.g., sharing contact details) but bear no responsibility for claim outcomes.
- Liability Limitation: Products/services are provided “as is” with no implied warranties (e.g., no guarantee of mining efficiency). Efminer is not liable for indirect damages (e.g., lost profits) except due to our gross negligence.

You are responsible for protecting your account password and activity. Notify us immediately of unauthorized use. We are not liable for losses from your failure to secure your account.
